It’s very hard to imagine how much your world can change if you were forced to flee your home country and settle somewhere else…what would you do?
It’s been too long that Syrian orphans, widows, and entire families have suffered from the tragedies of war in their homeland and now their lack of a home. It’s been too often that a Syrian family has been turned away from border to border, after miles of trekking on foot, only to sleep on a bed of rocks and plastic.
WHAT CAN WE DO?
In a sincere effort to assist the Syrian refugees in their live changing and at times traumatizing experience of shifting from Syria to their new homes, a small group of friends are taking action. If you share sentiments of generosity, pain, humanity, and brotherhood with the Syrian refugees, please join us in collaboration with the USA for UNHCR to make a difference!
Let’s take a break from the comfort of our luxurious lives and contribute to the plight of those in dire need of your attention.
On Saturday, November 7th, let’s turn off the lights and turn on our hearts for Syria – who knows how many thousands of lives your small contribution can touch.
Join us for a night of good food, good company, and a great cause! Food, vendors, and raffle prizes will be announced soon!
