Understanding the Refugee Crisis and How to Engage
The Refugee crisis, while not new, is so large and seems so overwhelming that anything we do can feel insignificant. However, small moments can create significant actions that change not just the conversation, but individual stories. At this event, we hope to start with educating ourselves from local experts on refugees worldwide and specifically on Syria. Our second panel will highlight local opportunities for you to get involved in that make a difference for refugee families resettling in our neighborhoods.
